The Maryland PSC has set further legislative-style hearings concerning proposal for a "Statewide EV Portfolio" that would include utility ownership of over 1,000 electric vehicle charging stations

See background on the proposal here

"Although we will not conduct evidentiary hearings in the matter, we determine that participants should be provided an opportunity to conduct further discovery and submit more detailed analyses and discussions regarding the Petition’s proposals and the assumptions underlying the NREL Report prior to further hearings in the matter. Accordingly, the Commission hereby establishes a discovery period beginning on the date of this Notice and ending on August 10, 2018," the PSC said

The PSC will accept further comments in the proceeding in advance of a legislative-style hearing that will be held on September 6 and 7, 2018
