Oncor Files Amounts For New Refund Rider Applicable To Retail Providers

Oncor has filed with the Texas PUC a tariff with amounts for the Capital Structure Refund Rider (Rider CSR), which is required under the final order in Oncor's rate case in Docket 46957.

As previously reported, under such order, REPs are required to pass-through the refund to customers (see details here)

The refund amounts for Rider CSR are:

Residential                      $0.000377 per kWh
Secondary ≤ 10 kW                $0.000533 per kWh
Secondary > 10 kW                $0.103036 per kW
Primary ≤ 10 kW                  $0.000387 per kWh
Primary > 10 kW - Distribution   $0.055473 per kW
Primary > 10 kW - Substation     $0.014354 per kW
Transmission Service             $0.002378 per kW
Lighting Service                 $0.001206 per kWh

Notes: 
• All per kW amounts are per Distribution System
Billing kW
• Amounts reflect the positive amount of the refund

Rider CSR — Capital Structure Refund has an effective date of August 27, 2018 (first bill cycle for September 2018)

The refund period for Rider CSR is one month
