Start-up Hudson Shore Energy Partners LLC applied for FERC market-based rate authority, and in doing so indicated that it will seek retail supplier licenses as well
In its application for FERC MBR authority, Hudson Shore Energy Partners LLC stated, "The Applicant is seeking expedited treatment so that, as soon as possible, the Applicant may qualify to transact business as a retail supplier of electricity in certain regional transmission organization service areas and state jurisdictions where authorization to undertake wholesale sales of electricity may be a condition to conducting such retail electricity sales."
Hudson Shore Energy Partners is owned by the following Members:
• 43.48% by Dawei Zhu
• 43.48% by Jiangling Tu
• 6.52% by Songlin (Charles) Yi
• 6.52% by Ying Guo
At this time, no other person holds an officer position with Hudson Shore nor does any other person have a voting or ownership interest in Hudson Shore.
Dawei Zhu is a 43.66% owner and managing member of Pebblestone Energy LLC, which trades in ERCOT’s wholesale electric power market. Songlin Yi is a 9.11% owner, and Ying Guo is a 4.41% owner of Pebblestone. Neither Songlin Yi nor Ying Guo hold a managerial or officer position with Pebblestone.
Aside from the disclosures listed above, none of the Members own or hold any other ownership interests in, or possess controlling interests in, any other entity in the energy industry or financial industry, nor do they hold any other board or officer positions with any other entity related to the energy industry.
Hudson Shore Energy Partners LLC and its affiliates do not own, operate or control any electric generation or any transmission assets or facilities, or any input to the production of electricity.
