The Rockingham (NH) Planning Commission (RPC) submitted registration as an electricity aggregator in New Hampshire.

The Rockingham Regional Planning Commission, organized under NH RSA 36, serves 27 communities in the southeast corner of the state (Rockingham County). It is the intention of the RPC to provide aggregator services to this geographic area only.

The area covered by the Rockingham Regional Planning Commission includes the cities of Salem and Portsmouth

The RPC describes itself thusly: "Operating as a non-profit local government organization, the Commission serves in an advisory role to local governments in order to promote coordinated planning, orderly growth, efficient land use, transportation access and environmental protection."
