Oncor informed retail electric providers in a market notice that recovery of authorized expenses under Rider RS expired after the August cycle 11.

Invoices that are sent out for billing cycles beyond cycle 11 will not include Rider RS – Remand Surcharge

Rider RS – Remand Surcharge recovered remanded expenses approved in PUCT Docket No. 46884 (related to a remand of litigation over a prior discount provided to state universities). It became effective on November 27, 2017.

Oncor had previously informed REPs that, due to higher customer usage and tax cut-related reductions, it expected to complete recovery sooner than the originally estimated August 31, 2018 expiration date

For residential service, the Rider RS surcharge had previously been $0.000332 per kWh

For Secondary Service Less than or Equal to 10 kW, the Rider RS surcharge had previously been $0.000293 per kWh
