Broker Used By Affiliated Concierge/Subscription Service Seeks License In New State

Utiliz LLC has applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
Utiliz was also recently granted a Maryland electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes
Utiliz is affiliated with Viv Network, LLC, which offers an "autopilot" retail energy buying (subscription/concierge) service powered by Utiliz (see story on the service here). Both companies are owned by Path One Group, LLC
Utiliz currently has over 10 million kWh/yr under management (over 1,000 Residential Customer Equivalents).
Utiliz disclosed in its Ohio application that Kim Silvera joined the company earlier this year as Director, Client Relations. Silvera previously served as Director, Service & Sales Compliance at Crius Energy
