Consistent with its obligation to routinely review its rules every five years, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has opened a review of the rules at Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-14, Uniform Purchased Gas Adjustment Clause

Chapter 4901:1-14 includes rules governing utilities' gas cost recovery rate (GCR) and other matters relating to supplying default service customers for those utilities, such as Duke Energy Ohio, which have not implemented an auction or assignment process to serve non-shopping customers as part of an exit from merchant function

To start the review process, PUCO will hold a workshop on September 4, 2018

Case 18-1291-GA-ORD
