Consistent with its obligation to routinely review its rules every five years, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has opened a review of the rules at Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-26, Dispute Resolution

Chapter 4901:1-26 addresses alternative dispute resolution procedures that are available for pending formal complaints between nonmercantile, nonresidential customers, on the one hand, and electric utilities, electric service companies (retail suppliers), electric cooperatives, or governmental aggregators, on the other hand.

To start the review process, PUCO will hold a workshop on August 27, 2018
