FirstEnergy Solutions informed a bankruptcy court that it did not receive any qualified bids (other than the qualified bid submitted by the Stalking Horse Purchaser, which is Constellation) for its retail customer book prior to a bid deadline.

Accordingly, FES has cancelled the auction for the retail book

A hearing on the sale of the FES retail power book and assets will be held September 21
