Choice Energy, LLC is negotiating an equity purchase agreement pursuant to which PowerLink Partners, LLC would purchase 100% of the equity interests of Choice Energy, and, after a transition period, would operate Choice Energy as an additional retail supplier subsidiary of PowerLink.

Choice Energy is a retail electric supplier, licensed by state authorities in Connecticut, Maine (presently inactive), Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

PowerLink presently owns and/or controls one retail supplier subsidiary, Trident Retail Energy, LLC d/b/a Trident Power

Choice Energy and PowerLink have sought FERC approval for the transaction

The companies are targeting a transaction closing date of on or about September 30, 2018
