O2 Investment Partners and EMEX, LLC announced that Jorge Lopez, former CEO of ConEdison Solutions, has joined the EMEX board of directors and to assist the company in achieving its aggressive growth plans.

Most recently, Lopez spent 10 years as the President and CEO of ConEdison Solutions.

Prior to Lopez's career at ConEdison Solutions, he held high-level positions at Chevron Energy Solutions, Pacific Gas & Electric Energy Services, and Public Service Electric & Gas Company.
