The Texas PUC has approved a final list of non-volunteer POLRs (Large Service Providers, or LSP) for the 2019-20 term

The PUC also approved two volunteer POLRs (VREPs), TXU Energy and Constellation NewEnergy, for their selected customer classes and service areas. As previously reported, these are the first such volunteer POLRs in the market since the 2011-12 term
