Connecticut Light & Power has filed Standard Service rates for the period January 2019 to June 2019, and Last Resort Service Rates for the period January 2019 to March 2019

The January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019 CL&P (Eversource) residential (Rate 1) supply rate will be 10.143¢/kWh. This is about 19% higher than the current CL&P Rate 1 supply rate of 8.530¢/kWh.

These rates, and all rates below include the bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge of -0.010¢/kWh, which CL&P did not propose to change in filing January 1, 2019 default service rates

Small C&I Standard Service rates will increase 15% to 10.851¢/kWh on January 1, 2019, up from the current rate of 9.422¢/kWh
