Lexington Power & Light, LLC informed the New York PSC that it will be entering into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with East Coast Power & Gas, LLC ("East Coast"), pursuant to which East Coast will acquire Lexington's retail electric and natural gas supply accounts ("Accounts") of Lexington's customers in the State of New York ("Customers", and such acquisition, the "Transaction").

East Coast will honor the existing price and all other terms and conditions of service set forth in each customer's existing energy supply contracts with Lexington, such that no changes will result from this assignment of the customer's energy account to East Coast.
