Context Source Group has newly launched electricity broker operations

Context Source Group is led by David Papish, Managing Principal

Papish previously served as Director - Pricing Analytics & Structuring at AEP Energy

Previously, Papish served as Director - Product and Business Development at MC Squared Energy Services, LLC. Papish also previously served as Director of Pricing at Constellation

Context Source Group will be focusing on the Illinois market initially, where it recently received an ABC license. Context Source Group may expand to Ohio and additional PJM states in the future

Context Source Group will focus on serving non-residential customers, including small commercial up to large industrial (watt-hour only up to 10MW+ in peak kW customers in ComEd)

For customers at ComEd, Context Source Group offers the following:

• "If you are on ComEd supply, we will gather the best possible fixed price quotes from reputable suppliers and offer to perform a savings analysis to determine if switching to retail supply makes economic sense. Typically if you're under 100 kW in billing demand you are receiving Summer and Non Summer fixed rates, currently known until May'19. If you don't see savings, you don't need to switch. You also won't be required to pay for any investigation if you choose not to switch."

• "Similarly, if you are on ComEd hourly supply, usually reserved for commercial customers over 100 kW in billing demand, we will prepare a quote analysis based on your needs. Unfortunately since hourly supply customers do not receive fixed rates, concrete savings analyses cannot be provided. What we can provide is an expectation of future costs to help you make a decision. If you don't feel comfortable making a switch, we understand. You also won't be required to pay for any investigation if you choose not to switch."
