CPower Expands Into Canada, Awarded Position in Ontario's IESO Demand Response Program

CPower Energy Management said that it has been awarded a position in Ontario's IESO Demand Response program and will continue to focus on helping their customers address the Global Adjustment costs.
CPower began working in the IESO in summer of 2018
Glenn Bogarde, Sr. Vice President for Sales and Marketing, said that CPower's Canadian presence is a significant part of the company's growth and customer expansion strategy.
As previously reported, LS Power, an affiliate of retail supplier LifeEnergy, LLC, recently announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Enerwise Global Technologies, Inc. (trade name "CPower") from H.I.G. Capital for a private fund it manages. When the transaction was announced in November, LS Power had said that the transaction is expected to close in December 2018.
