The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Eco-Energy Natural Gas, LLC a retail natural gas supplier license
Eco-Energy Natural Gas, LLC is an affiliate of current retail natural gas supplier Eco-Energy, LLC, which is also engaged in the marketing of biofuels
In March of 2018, Eco-Energy, LLC branched off its natural gas division to a separate legal entity to create Eco-Energy Natural Gas, LLC. At the time of its filing of its Ohio application in November, Eco-Energy Natural Gas was undergoing the process to obtain retail licenses in the following additional states: Virginia and Pennsylvania. Eco-Energy Natural Gas expects to service all current Eco-Energy natural gas activity beginning in December 2018. All team members and assets will transfer over from Eco-Energy to Eco-Energy Natural Gas.
Currently, Eco-Energy, LLC is currently certified, licensed, or otherwise authorized to provide retail natural gas service in the following states: Nebraska, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Indiana, Maryland and Ohio. Currently, Eco-Energy manages over 50,000 mmbtu per day of firm transportation on various pipelines throughout 19 states.
