Ambit Energy Expands Guaranteed Savings Plan To New States

Ambit Energy has expanded the availability of its 24-Month Guaranteed Savings Plan (GSP) to residential customers in Maine, New Hampshire and Ohio

The GSP is a variable, month-to-month plan that requires a customer to remain on the plan for 24 consecutive months to receive the savings guarantee. The plan guarantees that if the customer stays on the GSP for 24 consecutive months, the customer will save money over that period compared to what the customer would have paid for supply service from the customer's local utility.

Ambit's GSP offers a 1% savings versus the utility rate, over the 24 month period, in the following service areas:

• Ohio: Cleveland Electric Illuminating, Ohio Edison, Toledo Edison, AEP Ohio, Duke Energy Ohio, Dayton Power & Light

• New Hampshire: Public Service of New Hampshire (Eversource), Granite State Electric (Liberty Utilities), Unitil, New Hampshire Electric Cooperative

• Maine: Central Maine Power, Bangor Hydro-Electric (Emera)
