Pepco-DC Volumetric SOS Energy Charge Decreasing 16%, Small Commercial Rate Decreasing 13%

Pepco has filed with the District of Columbia PSC new SOS electric generation rates for the period of June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020.
For Residential R customers, the new June 1, 2019 SOS volumetric generation rate is about 16% below the current rate, while the SOS minimum charge is 33¢ lower than the current charge.
For General Service Low Voltage Non-Demand (Schedule GS - ND), the June 1, 2019 SOS generation charge is about 13% below the current charge
As part of the filing, Pepco is proposing no change to the Administrative Charge for Residential and Small Commercial.
Pepco proposes a decrease in the Administrative Charge for Large Commercial from $0.005/kWh to $0.003/kWh, and for Market Price Service from $0.0075156/kWh to $0.0017751/kWh.

Note that the rates below are proposed and are reproduced as-filed on January 25, with rates subject to PSC approval; in the past Pepco has corrected the rates after the initial filing.
