Retail Supplier Transferring Customers Between Affiliate Brands

Champion Energy Services, LLC is transferring its Pennsylvania residential customers to affiliate North American Power and Gas
Both suppliers are ultimately owned by Calpine.
"Based on internal business decisions, Champion has decided to assign its current residential customers to its affiliate NAPG, which is fully licensed and authorized to serve customers in all of the utilities that serve the customers that will be assigned. After the transfer, Champion expects to have no remaining residential customers in Pennsylvania. However, Champion will continue to have and service commercial and industrial customers," the companies stated in a filing.
The effective date of the assignment is expected to occur as soon as practicable on or after March 1, 2019.
