Texas Retail Provider Files To Relinquish REP Certificate

NextEra Retail of Texas, LP filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Texas retail electric provider certificate, stating, all customers served by NextEra Retail of Texas, LP were assigned to Gexa Energy, its affiliate, in September 2018.
As such, NextEra Retail does not serve any retail electric customers/ESI IDs.
