ESCO Withdraws Complaint Against New York Utility

East Coast Power & Gas, LLC has filed at the New York PSC to withdraw a complaint it had filed at the PSC against KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid concerning annual reconciliation charges invoiced to East Coast for the months of January, February, March and April 2018.

"East Coast and National Grid have since executed an agreement settling the outstanding issues raised in East Coast’s Complaint. East Coast consequently considers the Complaint to be resolved, and accordingly, East Coast wishes to withdraw its Complaint with prejudice from further consideration by the Commission and respectfully requests that the above-referenced case be closed," East Coast Power & Gas said in the motion to withdraw.
