Enertrade Electric, LLC filed a response with the Texas PUC concerning its application to relinquish its REP certificate

As previously reported, Enertrade Electric is unwinding its business and transferred its customers to Infuse Energy

As previously reported, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric alleged in a filing that, as of February 4, 2019, Enertrade was in default under the delivery tariff, and owed $41,000

Enertrade Electric said in a new filing with the PUC that, "In the spirit of full disclosure, we have been sent default notices from ERCOT and CenterPoint, while we do not owe ERCOT any money, we did miss a response requirement. As already disclosed and well known, we have sold our customers to another REP, therefore we no longer serve any customers; however, we have sent final invoices to the same and are still collecting funds from the customer base. All of these funds are going towards covering monies owed to respective market participants."

Enertrade stated, "The purpose of this letter is to make you aware of these events and our business plan, which is to remit payment for all expenses to all market participants in the first quarter of 2019. At the time of this filing, we are not in default with any of the respective TDSP's (aside from CenterPoint as previously mentioned) however in the future, our payment timeline may or may not be in alignment with market protocols, therefore we may continue to and/or resort back to default with certain participant(s). Nevertheless, we are committed to our business plan and the objectives stated herein; otherwise, please process the relinquishment of our REP license as requested."
