The Texas PUC granted Mega Energy, LP an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to add the trade name Milestone Energy to the certificate. Mega Energy is currently authorized to use the trade name Texans Energy, which will remain on the certificate.

The Maryland PSC granted New Wave Energy Corp. an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
