The Secretary of the New York PSC granted an extension, until April 29, 2019, for Department of Public Service Staff to develop Green Button Connect (GBC) terms and conditions, including terms governing third party access

On December 13, 2018, the PSC issued its Order Adopting Accelerated Energy Efficiency Targets (the Order), which directed the utilities to conduct a collaborative, convened by Department of Public Service Staff (Staff), with providers of distributed energy resources to develop Green Button Connect (GBC) terms and conditions as described in the body of the Order and file a proposal on or before February 29, 2019.

Staff recently convened the first meeting of the collaborative and had sought the extension to allow adequate time for the collaborative process which will have further meetings
