Retail Market Vet Joins Renewable Energy Consultant As VP Of Retail, Wholesale

CustomerFirst Renewables (CFR) has appointed David Rissmiller as Vice President, Wholesale and Retail Energy Services.

Rissmiller will lead CFR's Wholesale and Retail Energy Services business, expanding CFR's existing renewable energy portfolio optimization capabilities to provide long-term planning, grid power optimization and full-portfolio risk management support to clients. Prior to joining CFR, he was the business unit CFO for Just Energy's commercial and industrial business including oversight for M&A. Earlier, he led NRG's finance team for the Gulf Coast wholesale business.

CustomerFirst also named Henk van Duijnhoven as Senior Vice President. Van Duijnhoven will manage CFR's operations and brings a broad business background that includes extensive P&L and operational management, management consulting, human resources and business development. Previously, he was a partner at Boston Consulting Group. He also spent nearly 15 years at Danaher Corporation, including as Group Executive and SVP for the Dental platform and as corporate VP for Human Resources. Most recently he was CEO and global business leader at Nidec's commercial and industrial motor and generator business.
