Oncor Proposes New Rider To Provide Retail Providers With Refunds For Interest-Related Savings

Oncor has filed at the Texas PUC to implement Rider ISR — Interest Savings Refund to refund to retail electric providers certain interest-rate savings resulting from its acquisition by Sempra, in accordance with a previously adopted stipulation
Oncor proposes to refund the $816,629 balance in the regulatory liability account at February 28, 2019 over a one-month period during the June 2019 billing month (beginning on May 24, 2019 for retail customers) using a Texas SET SACO4 code RRR008 identified as Merger Savings Credit and an SAC15 description of Interest Savings Refund.
