New York Department of Public Service (DPS) Staff will convene an additional working group meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 to continue discussions on the development of Green Button Connect (GBC) terms and conditions
On February 21, 2019, Staff convened an initial GBC working group meeting including over 80 participants. Based upon feedback provided at the initial meeting, the agenda for the March 26, 2019 working group meeting is as follows:
1. Introduction
2. Utility Overview of Status of GBC development and implementation
3. Technical Aspects: identifying and determining how they fit into the terms and conditions
4. Review of current Data Security Agreement (DSA) and Self Attestation (SA) provisions
5. Next Steps
A meeting notice emphasized that the DSA/SA are subject to petitions currently pending before the Commission in Case 18-M-0376. The discussion at the March 26, 2019 GBC Working Group Meeting is to allow for an opportunity for parties to provide input on these provisions specifically as they relate to GBC. Parties are encouraged to review the DSA/SA prior to the meeting and submit key questions about those two documents, or potential changes/comments, by March 22, 2019, in Case 18-M-0084.
