Retail Supplier Acquires Book Of Customers

Supreme Energy intends to assign and transfer all of its retail
electricity customers in New York to Marathon Power LLC ("Marathon Energy") no earlier than April 15, 2019.
In a draft letter to New York customers, the companies state, "We are proud to announce that Marathon Power LLC ('Marathon') has acquired the electricity business
of Supreme Energy, Inc. ('Supreme Energy') and will be your new electricity supplier as of your first
meter read date following April 15, 2019."
All pricing provisions, terms, and conditions of all agreements will remain in full force and effect
