New Texas Retail Provider Launches Service

Start-up Pulse Power and its various brands recently launched retail electricity service in Texas
EnergyChoiceMatters.com had exclusively first reported the creation of Pulse Power (see background here)
In the Oncor service area, Pulse is offering residential fixed rate products with terms ranging from 12 to 36 months, including 100% renewable products
In the Oncor service area, Pulse's residential 12-month fixed plan has an average all-in rate (at 1,000 kWh usage) of 11.1¢/kWh, reflecting a base charge of $4.95 per billing cycle and volumetric charge (supply and delivery) of 10.6¢ per kWh
A cancellation fee of $20 per remaining month applies
Also launching service are Pulse's brands Energy to Go, Lone Star Energy, New Power Texas, and PowerNext
All of the brands are offering residential service at Oncor, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, AEP Central, AEP North, and Texas-New Mexico Power.
Commercial service is also available
Lone Star Energy states on its website that, "We work exclusively with Home Owners Associations and other community management companies"
