PUC Discloses Winning Default Service Suppliers

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has disclosed the winning bidders from the March 2019 auction for a portion of AEP Ohio default service supplies for the period June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020
As previously reported, the auction resulted in a clearing price of $46.63 per MWh for the period June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020
Winning suppliers and tranches won were:
• AEP Energy Partners, Inc., 2 tranches won
• American Electric Power Service
Corporation as agent for Appalachian
Power Company, Kentucky Power
Company, Indiana Michigan Power
Company and Wheeling Power Company, 3 tranches won
• BP Energy Company, 5 tranches won
• Dynegy Marketing and Trade, LLC, 4 tranches won
• Exelon Generation Company, LLC, 2 tranches won
• TransAlta Energy Marketing (U.S.) Inc., 1 tranche won
