Duquesne Light filed with the Pennsylvania PUC new default service supply rates for the period beginning June 1, 2019

The default service supply rate, or supply charge, reflects generation supply only, unlike the official Prices to Compare which also reflect transmission and the state tax adjustment surcharge. Official new PTCs have not yet been posted

The supply charge for Residential (Rate Schedules RS, RH and RA) customers will be 5.8822¢/kWh for the period June 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019, versus the current 6.0654¢/kWh

The supply charge for Small Commercial & Industrial customers (<25 kW, Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH and Rate Schedule UMS) will be 5.4951¢/kWh for the period June 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019, versus the current 5.7642¢/kWh

The supply charge for Medium Commercial & Industrial customers (25-200 kW, Rate Schedules GS/GM and GMH) will be 5.2092¢/kWh for the period June 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019, a nearly 20% decrease from the current 6.4268¢/kWh. Note that, effective June 1, customers above 200 kW are no longer eligible for fixed default service supply (prior cutoff was 300 kW)

The supply charge for Lighting (Rate Schedules AL and SE) customers will be 3.5149¢/kWh for the period June 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019, versus the current 3.6248¢/kWh
