Retail Supplier Withdrawing From PJM, Ceases Serving Pennsylvania Customers

1. Has started the process to withdraw from PJM
2. Has ceased supplying electricity and natural gas to customers in Pennsylvania as of March
3. Intends to relinquish its electricity and natural gas suppliers’ licenses
