During the National Energy Marketers Association's 22nd Annual National Energy Restructuring Conference, Maryland PSC Commissioner Odogwu Obi Linton said that, "there's going to be some action," on the PSC's current case reviewing supplier consolidated billing (SCB) in the, "near future".

Delaware PSC Chairman Dallas Winslow also said that Delaware would open a docket on SCB in the "near future" as well

Winslow reiterated that, with respect to other retail market enhancements (instant connect, seamless moves, enroll-by-wallet), the PSC is awaiting action by the Maryland PSC, as previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com

Winslow also affirmed a June 1 start date for Delmarva's new purchase of receivables (POR) program in Delaware. The accelerated June 1 start had been exclusively reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com in March (see story here)
