MISO Capacity Auction Prices Fall For Ameren Illinois Zone, Spike For DTE, Consumers Zone In Michigan

The Midcontinent ISO has released pricing from its capacity auction for the 2019-20 delivery year
Prices were as follows for notable zones ($/MW-day)
For comparison, for the 2018/19 year, Zone 4 (Ameren/Downstate Illinois), Zone 7 (DTE/Consumers) and Zone 2 (Michigan-Upper Peninsula) all cleared at $10.00 per MW-day
MISO said that in Zone 7, several offers (~1.5MW) were mitigated by the Independent Market Monitor (IMM) for economic withholding, with a $0.01/MW-day impact on Zone 7.
