Texas Bounce Energy Customers Being Transitioned To Direct Energy Brand

Bounce Energy customers in Texas are being transitioned to the Direct Energy brand
Direct Energy provided the following statement to EnergyChoiceMatters.com: "We are in the process of transitioning all Bounce Energy customers to Direct Energy to streamline our customer experience. Since Direct Energy acquired Bounce Energy in 2013, Direct Energy created more tools and products to track and manage energy usage more effectively. As Bounce customers are transitioned over, they will be able to enjoy these features, and will continue to have the same prices and contract end dates. All customers will be notified in writing of the transition, and we expect to have all customers moved over by the end of May 2019."
New enrollments are no longer available on the Bounce Energy website, as new customers are directed to Direct's website
