Retail Supplier Wins Ability To Serve PIPP Customer Load

An RFP for a retail supplier to serve 100% of the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) customer load at Dayton Power & Light for the term June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020 resulted in at least one conforming bid.
PUCO approved the results of the auction and approved the, "winning bidder and winning bid price." Such winning bidder (a retail supplier) was awarded the ability to serve the PIPP load for the term June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020
Bids were required to be below the tranche-weighted SSO price for the most recent relevant SSO auction and delivery term
