Retail Energy CEO: "If Customers Get Screwed All The Time, They'll Re-regulate"

Speaking during a panel at DNV GL's Energy Executive Forum, Gregory Craig, CEO of Griddy, said that, "if customers get screwed all the time, they'll re-regulate."
"We ought to view this opportunity for deregulation as a gift. We can't take it for granted. If customers get, excuse my blunt language, but if customers get screwed all the time, they'll re-regulate," Craig said
Craig said that retail suppliers need to "delight" customers and provide an "honest" transaction
