Power Generator Registers As Connecticut Natural Gas Seller

Revere Power, LLC has filed a registration as a natural gas seller in Connecticut.
Revere Power, LLC is an affiliate of The Carlyle Group, and is managed by Cogentrix, The Carlyle Group’s management platform in the power generation space.
As previously reported, Revere Power, LLC recently acquired three natural gas-fired generation facilities in New England (Bridgeport Energy, Tiverton Power and Rumford Power) from Emera Inc.
