Great American Gas & Electric, LLC has also received FERC market-based rate authority, and in its FERC MBR application, Great American Gas & Electric, LLC had stated that the company, "intends to become a power marketer licensed to sell electricity (and other products and services) to retail customers in various states[.]"

Jeff Levin serves as CEO and President of Great American Gas & Electric

Levin previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Great Eastern Energy, and Head of North American Direct Sales at Direct Energy.

In its FERC MBR application, Great American Gas & Electric, LLC stated that 100% of the membership interests in Great American Gas & Electric, LLC is owned by Great American Gas & Electric Holdco, LLC.

Great American Gas & Electric Holdco, LLC is owned 100% by Link Growth Advisors, LLC; ownership information regarding Link Growth Advisors, LLC was filed confidentially.
