Integrated Energy Services, which offers energy procurement among a suite of services, announced that it has acquired MACH Energy, an energy management and sustainability software platform.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Integrated Energy Services is a portfolio company of Gainline Capital Partners

Integrated Energy Services' platform provides grid relationship management and demand response services to commercial electricity customers, allowing customers to monitor real time energy data, generate savings, improve building efficiency, and achieve environmental and sustainability goals.

Other services include ICAP Tag Advisement and energy purchasing.
