Texas Retail Provider Seeks Hearing On PUC Staff's Petition For Revocation Of REP Certificate

Axon Power & Gas, LLC (Axon) has formally requested a hearing on a petition by Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas for the PUC to revoke the retail electric provider certificate of Axon

As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com (see details here), PUC Staff had alleged in the petition that Axon, "has engaged in a pattern of making delinquent payments and repeatedly defaulting on past-due payments to TDUs for several years[.]"

In its request for a hearing, Axon stated that it, "requests a hearing before the State Office of Administrative Hearings in which Staff be required to prove each and every factual allegation contained in Staff s Petition."
