Retail Supplier Reports Change In LLC Members

Choice Energy, LLC in a filing has informed regulators of an organizational change reducing the number of its LLC members from four to two.
Choice Energy, LLC said in the filing that the remaining LLC members are Mike Needham and Brent Hood.
In a license renewal application that had been filed in April 2019, Choice Energy, LLC at such time had listed its prior four members as including Needham and Hood as well as Rick Baldaramos and Moses Cheung
Choice Energy, LLC said in the new filing that Moses Cheung remains as the primary contact at the company responsible for regulatory and compliance issues.
"The change will not affect the company's services or customer population," Choice Energy, LLC said
