The Maryland PSC had approved a timeline proposed by a working group for the implementation of supplier consolidated billing for electricity and natural gas
As exclusively first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, the schedule includes a planned September 1, 2022 start date for supplier consolidated billing
See the complete schedule for SCB implementation here. The PSC approved the schedule as proposed
The schedule provides that regulations governing SCB are to be published in September 2020, for adoption by March 1, 2021
Consistent with the work group's proposal, the PSC directed the work group to hold a series of meetings, with various stakeholder groups charged with drafting initial strawman regulation and business process plans
