Hay, who has been active in competitive electric markets for over 20 years, previously served as EVP - Pricing and Trading at Source Power and Gas and has held several roles at Direct Energy, including Director, Business Development, and General Manager, US Energy

Hay also previously served as Senior Director, Pricing and Structuring at Gexa Energy, Vice President at LPB Energy Consulting, and has held various pricing, portfolio, and trading positions at Reliant and Suez Energy Resources, NA

Liz Maberry serves as EVP, Sales & Marketing at Fairfield Energy. Maberry previously co-founded Bounce Energy, where she also served as SVP, Business Development. Maberry has held several positions at Direct Energy, including Director, Innovation Strategy, and Director, Digital Business Development.
