The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Several more Texas retail electric providers have filed separate requests with the Public Utility Commission of Texas for the provision of the low-income customer identification service for the State fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2019 (FY2020).
Additional REPs filing requests were:
• Acacia Energy (a d/b/a of Brooklet Energy Distribution, LLC)
• AP Gas Electric (TX) LLC
• Champion Energy Services, LLC, including for d/b/a Hello Energy
• VOLT Electricity Provider, LP
Each REP agrees to pay its allocated share of the cost of providing the service.
Furthermore, Vistra Energy, which previously filed for the sync list for its TXU and Value Based Brands certificates, has also now filed to receive the list for its newly acquired REP TriEagle Energy LP (REP Cert. #10064, which includes the additional trade names of Eagle Energy, Energy Rewards, Power House Energy, TriEagle Energy Services, and Viridian Energy), which Vistra acquired from Crius Energy
