Texas PUC Staff Add Clarification, Regarding Entities Which Need To Register, To Proposed Interim Broker Registration Form
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by EC Infosystems, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Staff of the Texas PUC have filed a further revision to the proposed electric broker registration form
The only proposed change is to add the following statement to the General Information section on the first page of the form: "Individual employees and agents of broker firms and persons acting only as agents of retail electric providers are not required to register as brokers."
The form is otherwise unchanged. See details concerning the form here in EnergyChoiceMatters.com's prior story here
The form remains a draft and should not be used by brokers prior to final action and adoption by the PUC
