Pennsylvania PUC Names Former Assistant Consumer Advocate, Consumer Protection Attorney As Director Of Law Bureau

The Pennsylvania PUC has named Rick Hicks as Director, Law Bureau
Hicks previously served as Executive Deputy Attorney General and Director of the Public Protection Division within the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. While there, he served as Chief Deputy Attorney General and Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, responsible for the enforcement of Pennsylvania consumer protection laws.
Hicks also previously served as Assistant Consumer Advocate at the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate
Hicks has also served as Regional Vice President & Regulatory Counsel at XO Communications
