Retail Suppliers, Including Start Up, Receive Initial ESCO Eligibility Letters From New York DPS

Two retail suppliers have received initial ESCO eligibility letters from the New York Department of Public Service
DPS Staff informed Great American Gas & Electric, LLC that documentation submitted in its application package has been reviewed by Staff and established to be in compliance with the New York State Public Service Commission’s ESCO eligibility requirements that are implemented by codes and regulations found in the Uniform Business Practices (UBP), the Home Energy Fair Practices Act (HEFPA) and other applicable regulations.
