New York Town "Anticipate[s]" Westchester Municipal Aggregation Will Seek To Offer Community Solar On Opt-Out Basis

In a town resolution filed with the New York PSC, the Bedford, New York Town Board said that, "we anticipate that Sustainable Westchester, under its Community Choice Aggregation program, will seek the option to offer Community Solar on an opt-out basis."

The resolution was made in support of making utility consolidated billing available for community distributed generation, which the PSC is currently considering
